Therapy is a collaborative process that looks different for each person. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, patterns, and goals to help build a strong foundation of trust and guide the direction of our work. Sessions may involve reflection, skill-building, or deeper emotional processing-always paced in a way that feels supportive and manageable for you.
The duration of therapy varies based on your needs. Some people come in for brief, focused support on a specific concern, while others choose longer-term work focused on deeper growth and change. We’ll check in periodically to make sure therapy continues to feel helpful and aligned with your goals.
Sessions are scheduled in 60-minute time slots and typically run 53-57 minutes. This allows time for thoughtful close at the end of each session and space to transition between appointments.

I am committed to transparency and helping clients make informed decisions about their mental health care. Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of services. This estimate outlines the anticipated charges for counseling services based on the frequency and duration of sessions you choose.
Please note that your actual needs and number of sessions may vary depending on your goals and progress in treatment. You may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time, and one will be provided prior to starting services. The Good Faith Estimate only applies to clients who are self-pay paying the full rate or clients who are self-pay submitting for out-of-network benefits.
